Refund Policy

Effective: August 17, 2026

Resubmit AI sells a personalized digital Fix Pack generated from the rejection text you submit. We want paid orders to produce a usable report, while respecting mandatory consumer rights.

When we will refund

• Stripe confirms payment but the Fix Pack cannot be generated or recovered.
• You were charged more than once for the same checkout because of a technical error.
• The delivered file is materially incomplete because of a service failure and we cannot correct or regenerate it within a reasonable time.

When we normally do not refund

• You disagree with Apple’s or Google’s later decision.
• You expected guaranteed approval or a hands-on audit of the submitted build.
• The report contains placeholders that you must complete and verify, as clearly disclosed before purchase.
• You changed your mind after immediate digital delivery began, where the applicable withdrawal exception is valid.

EU/EEA consumer withdrawal

Consumers normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from many distance contracts. For digital content or a fully performed digital service delivered immediately, that right may cease after the consumer gives prior express consent to begin performance during the withdrawal period and acknowledges the consequence for the withdrawal right. Mandatory rights always prevail where the legal conditions for an exception are not met.

How to request help or a refund

Email support@getresubmit.com within 14 days of purchase. Include the Stripe receipt, purchase email, report ID if available, and a short description of the problem. Do not resend confidential rejection text unless support specifically requests a redacted copy.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Bank processing time varies. This Policy does not limit rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
