This Policy explains how Raccoon - cleaning service s.r.o. processes information when you use Resubmit AI. We act as the controller for the website and purchase records. OpenAI and Stripe process information as service providers for analysis and payment.

1. Information we process

• Rejection text, selected platform, and any optional app URL you submit.
• Generated diagnosis and Fix Pack content during the active request.
• Technical security data such as request time, network metadata, and error logs.
• Payment and billing details handled by Stripe; we receive transaction identifiers, status, customer email, and limited billing information, not full card details.

2. Why we process it

We process submitted text to provide the requested analysis and paid report, payment data to perform the contract and meet accounting obligations, and limited technical data to secure and operate the service. Where consent is legally required, we rely on the consent you provide.

3. AI processing and retention

Your rejection text is sent to the OpenAI API to generate the analysis. OpenAI states that API data is not used to train its models by default. The API requests set storage to false; however, OpenAI’s default abuse-monitoring logs may retain customer content for up to 30 days unless a different approved data control applies. Resubmit AI does not intentionally create a permanent database copy of the rejection text in the current product.

Do not paste secrets or unnecessary personal data. Redact reviewer names, personal email addresses, credentials, tokens, customer records, health data, and payment information before submission.

4. Processors and international transfers

We use OpenAI for AI analysis, Stripe for payments, and hosting/infrastructure providers to deliver the website. These providers may process data outside your country and use contractual and legal safeguards where required.

5. Retention

Report input is held in your browser while checkout is completed and used by the server to generate the report. Operational logs are retained only as needed for security and reliability. Transaction and accounting records are retained for the period required by applicable law. Stripe and OpenAI apply their own documented retention periods.

6. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of your personal data and may complain to a supervisory authority. Contact support@getresubmit.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

7. Cookies and browser storage

The current service does not use advertising cookies. It uses essential browser session storage to preserve the rejection text during the Stripe checkout return. This data remains in the current browser tab and is removed after successful report generation.

8. Changes

We may update this Policy when the service, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
